DAY 1 - EL CALAFATE
Arrival and reception at the airport, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 2 - EL CALAFATE, EL CHALTEN
Transfer to bus station to El Chalten, a village in the heart of Los Glaciares National Park. We will make our base here and spend the next few days hiking. This is a long and tiring day, however at the end of our journey we will be rewarded with the spectacular granite peaks of Fitz Roy looming above our lodge, and the long summer nights will allow us to enjoy our first few hours on the edge of the Patagonian wilderness. DAY 3 AND 4 - EL CHALTEN, LOS GLACIARES NATIONAL PARK
Three great hike days in the park. The options available include a trip to Torre Lagoon and to the base of Mt. Torre or to De Los Tres Lagoon and Fitz Roy Base Camp. Accommodation.
DAY 5 - EL CHALTEN, EL CALAFATE
The transfer back tracks the 4 hours drive to El Calafate arriving by lunchtime. Afternoon at leisure to walk around the town. Accommodation.
DAY 6 - EL CALAFATE
Full day tour to Perito Moreno Glacier with a short trek on the glacier. This impressive glacier advances across the Argentino Lake. A 20 min boat navigation in the lake will bring us to a beautiful forest by the side of the glacier where, after a short lecture about the geography and how to walk with crampons, we will spend approximately 1-3 hours walking through crevasses and exploring the peculiar ice landscape. DAY 7 - EL CALAFATE, TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK
In the morning, transfer to Las Torres Hotel in Torres del Paine. Arrival at the hotel and lunch. In the afternoon we are going to do the Nordenskjöld Lake excursion. You will cross rivers, descend sandy dunes and visit gorgeous surroundings. Accommodation.
DAY 8 - TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK
Visiting its most famous attractions and enjoying beautiful walks, while learning about the flora and fauna of the marvelous mountains that form part of the Paine Massif. After enjoying a lunch outdoors we will take you to Grey Lake where you will have the option to take a walk around the lake shore or take a navigation and get close up to the Grey Glaciar. DAY 9 - TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK
We will realize the excursion to Blue Lagoon. This is a great excursion for the observation of Flora and Fauna. You will see great views of the Towers of Paine and the enormous landscapes that brought great part of the explorers into the area. Accommodation.
DAY 10 - TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK, PUNTA ARENAS
Transfer to the airport of Punta Arenas.
